The Policy relates to any personal information collected by any means. Martin’s usual practice is to collect personal information directly from you. Your personal information is also collected through the use of our website or in response to advertisements.

Martin takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information it collects is accurate, up to date and complete. Should your personal information change please contact Martin and we will endeavour to update and correct the information. Martin may also contact you from time to time to check your information is still correct.

Martin takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from loss, unauthorised access, and misuse. Your personal information may be stored in hard copy documents or electronically in Martin's software or systems. When personal information is no longer required it is destroyed in a secure manner.
